The End.

Well, it may not appear so to the people who read this blog, but to me it's obvious: This blog is going nowhere.

So, I've decided to end it. UNLESS, I get comments from 5 of my followers refusing, and saying why they don't want the blog to go down, then I'll keep it up, just for the enjoyment of the followers. Also, saying that you don't want me to take it down because you want to hear the rest of the story doesn't count. I can email it to you, you don't need a blog for that. You have until the 22nd of May. Otherwise the blog's going down.

So, in case this is my last post, I'll say my last words. It's been fun blogging to you all, and for those who actually commented, I enjoyed your comments. Thank You.

  1. Dude, just because you don't have 50 Followers and 60 comments on all your posts doesn't mean you suck and the blog is going no-where. It means you need to put more effort into it. The more work you put into it, the more fruits it will produce. No comments doesn't mean it's all over. Try talking about different things every chance you get. Keep it fresh! Do a sort of weekly update on your life, or something. Post stories, favorite videos or pictures, do a contest or something, post about topics, ideas, things, movies, games, friends, etc. There are literally trillions of things you could do. Did you know it's possible to make a blog into a podcast? Meaning the ability to record something and then post it.

Also, when you post, keep it at a constant rate, without going overboard (for fear of becoming stale) or going to slowly (for fear of losing Followers).

So I say you don't quit, because you have so much you could bring to the table. Blogging isn't exactly fame.

PS- But if you feel you can't continue the blog, I won't judge you.

  4. As a fellow Nathan Evans, and as a fellow writer, I can only hope that you will not subject your blog to a premature death. No one read much of Henry David Thoreau until after he died. Imagine if he had put an end to his writing because no one was paying any attention.

I found your blog because I was searching for the name of my creative writing coach from 7th grade so I could look her up and thank her for keeping me on track to become a writer. We write for ourselves, for the Greater Good, not so can have 50 followers and 60 comments of how witty and intelligent we are

    Don't quit writing.

  5. I had 4 followers on my first blog and I had been posting on it for around...4 months. After awhile of posting I made a new one and I have almost 100 follows. You just have to work at it some. Idk why you would want to shut your blog down. It's pretty cool. So don't. Well now you can't because I'm your 5th comment..:)

  7. The point is, it's not about the number of Followers one has, it's about what you're doing on the blog that matters. Did you make a blog expecting everyone to immediately Follow it and make a comment on every post? Well, your expectations might have been a bit high.

  8. No, to me, I didn't care about how many followers or comments I had (have), but rather who reads it. Not really *who* reads it, but how many read it. I, being the author of the blog, know how much this blog is being read, and I'll tell you, it's not that much. I don't want to blog if I know nobody's reading.
